With offices in the headquarters of GWV in Montréal, Canada, the full time staff represents nearly 50 years of cumulative experience and form a team capable of offering a wide range of services in the forestry sector to governments, para-governmental and private organisations. The division represents the most advanced knowledge and technologies necessary to maintain healthy, flourishing forest resources, while providing clients with proven techniques for forest management.

Vital in the reforestation process is the cultivation of superior seedling plants. Carefully developed and grown from superior tree specimens, these seedlings are 'engineered' to reflect the finest characteristics of each species; offering superior genetic qualities of resilience, growth characteristics, and resistance to disease. This assures that the 'second' generation of the reforestation process will be superior in wood quality to the trees which it has replaced. The Consulting Division works closely with its nursery associates in developing the finest replacement specimens, specifically cultivated to match the geographical and environmental conditions for which they are intended.
